Just people, ideas, spaces, and situations put in a room to collide.

01 — Manifesto

Most online events are broadcasts with a chat box. unconf. is a room where the people are the programme.

  1. 01

    People

Curious, generous, and vouched for by someone already in the room.

  2. 02

    Ideas

Half-formed is welcome. Polished is optional. Pitches are not.

  3. 03

    Spaces

Rooms that rearrange themselves around the conversation, not the clock.

  4. 04

    Situations

We set up the conditions, then get out of the way.

02 — Format

  • No rigid agendas. 01
  • No conventional formats. 02
  • No stages. 03
